• Plan, create, organize, schedule, publish, and monitor content across multiple brands and platforms.
• Oversee growth, content strategy, and daily management of our social media presence.
• Collaborate with media, marketing, investor relations, and executive teams to create content that strengthens our brand, builds credibility, and generates business opportunities.

• Schedule: Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• AI PROFICIENCY REQUIREMENT
• - We are seeking a Social Media Manager who actively utilizes AI tools to improve efficiency, content production, and performance.
• - Candidates should be comfortable using tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Midjourney, Canva AI, Adobe Firefly, or similar technologies.
• - AI should be used to assist with:
• - Content creation
• - Caption writing
• - Content planning
• - Research
• - Content ideation
• - Audience analysis
• - Marketing strategy
• - Workflow optimization
• The ideal candidate understands how to leverage AI while maintaining quality, creativity, and brand consistency.

Preferred

• Experience with financial firms, investment firms, private equity firms, family offices, or corporate brands
• Experience within the Oil & Gas industry
• Experience within the Energy sector
• Experience building executive personal brands
• Experience managing LinkedIn growth strategies
• Experience with paid social media advertising
• Photography or videography experience is a plus
• Graphic design experience is a plus
• Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools
