Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic social media content calendar
• Create polished, on-brand photo and video content, including Reels and Stories
• Capture treatments, procedures, provider expertise, patient experiences, and behind-the-scenes moments
• Promote the opening and continued growth of our new Basking Ridge office
• Write engaging, educational, and brand-appropriate captions
• Manage community engagement, comments, and direct messages
• Identify trends and create timely content while maintaining a sophisticated brand image
• Track performance, analyze results, and recommend opportunities for growth
• Collaborate with our providers and team on campaigns, events, promotions, and new service launches

Requirements

• Has experience managing social media for a beauty, wellness, medical aesthetics, healthcare, luxury, or lifestyle brand
• Is confident creating and editing short-form video content
• Has a strong eye for branding, photography, design, and visual storytelling
• Understands Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and emerging social trends
• Is organized, proactive, creative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Can balance educational medical content with approachable, aspirational storytelling
• Understands the importance of patient privacy, professionalism, and brand consistency
