Job Summary

Own and grow the organization’s organic social presence by planning a monthly content calendar, producing engaging video and captions, and iterating based on analytics to boost reach and engagement.

Content & Channels: Develop and execute multi-platform content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook with strong CTAs and local SEO cues.
Community & Education: Respond to comments/DMs and coordinate with clinical teams for education-focused campaigns.
Collaboration & Execution: Align with marketing and paid social teams on promotions and launches, and manage on-site day-to-day delivery in Irving/Dallas.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a monthly social media content calendar across all platforms
Film, edit, and publish short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, Stories)
Write engaging captions with strong calls-to-action and local SEO hashtags
Monitor analytics and iterate on strategy to grow organic reach and engagement
Respond to comments, DMs, and reviews in a timely, brand-aligned manner
Coordinate with marketing and clinical teams for campaign launches, seasonal promotions, and education content
Coordinate with the paid social ad campaigns team
This is a full-time, on-site position based at our Irving and Dallas, TX locations.

Requirements

2+ years of hands-on social media management experience
Proven video creation and editing skills (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, or similar)
Deep knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook algorithms and best practices
Strong written communication and brand voice skills
Experience with Meta Business Suite, Canva, and scheduling tools
Ability to work full-time on-site in Irving and Dallas, TX
