About the Role

We are looking for a Social Media Manager with a strong eye for design and storytelling.

This is not a traditional social media role.

We are not looking for someone who simply follows trends or posts content.

We are looking for someone who understands how to translate a brand into a refined, cohesive, and elevated online presence.

What You’ll Do

* Support and execute social media strategy for interior design and creative clients

* Create and prepare content (posts, carousels, reels, stories) aligned with each brand

* Write thoughtful, brand-aligned captions

* Manage content calendars and scheduling

* Assist in content creation, including light photo/video capture and editing when needed

* Collaborate on content direction to ensure a cohesive and elevated visual presence

* Monitor performance and adjust content thoughtfully

* Maintain consistency and attention to detail across all accounts

* Support client communication and internal organization

What We’re Looking For

* Strong visual and aesthetic sensibility (this is essential)

* Ability to create content that feels elevated, minimal, and intentional

* Excellent writing and communication skills

* Experience managing or contributing to social media accounts

* Organized and reliable, with attention to detail

* Ability to work across multiple projects and deadlines

* Interest in interior design, architecture, or creative industries

* Experience with basic photo/video editing tools (CapCut, Adobe, etc.) is a plus

* Comfort capturing simple, on-site content when needed (not required but preferred)

* 2–5 years of experience in social media, content creation, or a related field

* Portfolio required (applications without examples of work will not be considered)
