Drive social content and paid campaigns for a fast-growing Texas-based tallow brand, with a focus on engaging audiences and measurable ad results.

Own Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube content and calendar around launches.
Must-have: warm, human copy and data-driven testing mindset.
Standout: hands-on ad management across Meta, Google, and TikTok with clear ROAS impact.

Grow and manage our Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube accounts
Create content for both sides of our brand including tallow skincare and cooking tallow
Post Reels, TikToks, recipe videos, tutorials, skin care demos, and lifestyle content
Build and manage a content calendar around product launches and seasonal campaigns
Respond to comments and DMs and keep our community engaged
Run paid ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Google, and TikTok
Build audiences, retargeting segments, and lookalike audiences
Write and test ad copy and creatives to improve clicks and conversions
Manage ad budgets and report on ROAS, CPA, and revenue results
Work with influencers and creators in the clean living and natural health space

Fluent in Instagram and TikTok and understands what makes content perform
Can write warm, real copy that does not sound like an ad
Comfortable with data and willing to test and learn
Organized and able to manage multiple projects at once
Some experience managing social accounts or running digital ads is a plus but not required
