Job Summary

Own a hands-on social media and content growth stream focused on building a vibrant online presence and partner ecosystems for a small consumer-brand business.

Social & Content Ops: plan, create, and schedule posts, capture studio content, and coordinate campaigns across Instagram, TikTok, and shop channels.
Partnerships: research, outreach, and relationship management with creators, influencers, and brand collaborators.
E-commerce & Campaign Enablement: manage product listings, shop integrations, and ad-supported campaigns across Shopify and social storefronts.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Social Media & Content Creation: Create and schedule content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Pinterest
Capture behind-the-scenes studio content, product photos, videos, and Reels
Build and maintain content calendars and campaign plans
Brainstorm creative ideas for launches, trends, and seasonal campaigns
Monitor trends, engagement opportunities, and platform growth
Influencer & Brand Outreach: Research and identify influencer and brand partnership opportunities
Coordinate influencer outreach, gifting, and relationship management
Build partnerships with creators, event professionals, and brand collaborators
Email & SMS Marketing: Assist with Klaviyo email and SMS campaigns
Support promotions, product launches, and customer communications

Requirements

Strong interest in social media, branding, content creation, or digital marketing
Creative eye for aesthetics, trends, and brand presentation
Comfortable creating content on iPhone and across social platforms
Organized, dependable, proactive, and eager to learn
Strong communication skills and attention to detail

Preferred

Influencer marketing experience is a bonus
Familiarity with Canva, Shopify, Klaviyo, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, Meta Ads, or TikTok Ads is a strong plus
