Responsibilities

• Create Engaging Video Content - Film, edit, and produce a high volume of short-form videos each week.
• Capture service calls, HVAC installations, plumbing projects, customer experiences, and team culture.
• Turn everyday work into entertaining, educational, and shareable content.
• Bring Creative Ideas to Life - Research trends, develop original concepts, and experiment with new formats.
• Create content that educates homeowners, builds trust, and showcases our company's personality.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Manager and technicians to develop fresh content.
• Manage Social Media Publishing - Schedule and publish content consistently across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, Pinterest, and LinkedIn.
• Maintain an organized content calendar and meet weekly production goals.
• Adapt content for different platforms and audiences.
• Capture Photos, Events & Behind-the-Scenes Moments - Photograph projects, employees, company events, and community involvement.

Requirements

• Experience creating engaging short-form videos
• Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts
• Strong creativity, storytelling skills, and awareness of social media trends
• Ability to film, edit, and produce content efficiently and consistently
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Comfortable working with technicians, visiting job sites, and filming in active environments
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and excited to experiment with new ideas
