Job Description

Responsibilities

Develop and execute social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
Shoot, edit, and publish 12–16+ pieces of short-form video content per month (iPhone-first)
Draft copy for all posts — captions, hashtags, audio selection
Build and maintain a posting calendar with strategic event mapping
Track KPIs (engagement, views, saves, shares, follower growth) and report monthly
Shadow Esther at restaurants, events, TV shoots, and everyday moments to capture real-time content
Manage DMs, comments, and inbound brand partnership inquiries

Requirements

2+ years creating social media content for a food creator, celebrity chef, or food/lifestyle brand
Strong iPhone video + photo skills (you own an iPhone 15 Pro or later)
Proven ability to create content that performs — we want to see the work, not the resume
Deep familiarity with Korean American food culture
Based in New York City with a flexible schedule (events happen on weekends and evenings)
Proactive, self-starting, and comfortable in fast-paced environments
Experience with content scheduling tools (Later, Sprout Social, Meta Business Suite, or similar)
Travel flexibility for events, shoots, and appearances
