Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across Instagram, Facebook and TikTok
  • Capture in-store content (new arrivals, try-ons, styling videos, events)
  • Write fun, on-brand captions that reflect our boutique voice
  • Stay on top of trends, sounds, and social media best practices
  • Engage with our community (comments, DMs, story interactions)
  • Help promote sales, events, and new collection launches

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of Instagram & TikTok trends
  • Creative eye for photo/video content (iPhone content is perfect!)
  • Comfortable being in-store and occasionally on camera
  • Organized, reliable, and self-motivated
  • Passion for fashion + supporting small businesses
