Responsibilities

• Create videos with our clinicians, family testimonials, and on your own (script, film, and occasionally edit).
• Test and refine content on our socials & built out our pillars
• Own the weekly calendar and create content across: Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn.
• Come up with ideas with our clinicians for posts & videos you then create
• Manage comments, DMs, and moderation, escalating clinical and sensitive questions.
• Run testimonials, UGC creators, influencer activations, and giveaways, with consent and clinical sign-off.
• Help clinicians grow their own followings under the Hey Nouri banner.
• Track performance, report weekly to leadership, and partner with our growth marketer to turn top organic content into paid.

Requirements

• 3–5 years making social content for a consumer brand, health/wellness company, or your own channel (agency experience counts).
• A portfolio of short-form video you shot and edited yourself, with growth results you can point to.
• Strong instincts for TikTok and Reels: hooks, pacing, and trends.
• Clear, warm writing, and comfort with sensitive topics like weight, kids' health, and stigma.
• Organized enough to manage many contributors at once, and busy clinicians in particular.
• Fast in CapCut, Premiere, or similar, and comfortable with Canva and native analytics.

Preferred

• Experience in healthcare or another regulated category.
• Experience running creator, ambassador, or UGC programs.
