Job Summary

Own social and content marketing for a racket-sports brand, with end-to-end channel ownership, calendar coordination, and cross-team collaboration to fuel audience growth and brand presence.

Growth Infrastructure: Own all social channels, craft campaigns, and drive audience reach across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
Content Engine: Coordinate social calendars with the Content Creation team and brainstorm launches and brand initiatives.
Community & Partnerships: Manage comments and DMs promptly, shape brand voice, and support junior-player campaigns with Dynasty/Diadem programs.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Manage all social media channels including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and LinkedIn with ongoing management on weekends when needed
Coordinate and schedule all social media calendars
Work with Content Creation team to develop engaging and informing content
Develop campaigns to maximize audience and reach
Work closely with Dynasty Team and Diadem junior program to target top junior players across the country through digital marketing
Create consistent messaging and communication across all platforms
Respond to comments and direct messages in a timely fashion
Develop brand voice across all platforms
Create organic and fun content
Brainstorm with marketing team and all product launches, campaigns, and other brand awareness initiatives

Requirements

4-6 years minimum of experience in similar role
Passion for racket sports
Experience managing various social platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn
Ability to multitask and manage several projects simultaneously
Excellent creative thinking skills to develop new, exciting campaigns
Strong work ethic to meet goals, targets, and objectives
Experience in content creation preferred
