Own daily posting across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and other platforms
Must-have: understanding of content performance on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
Standout: ability to turn long-form videos into short clips and coordinate with editors

Own daily posting across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and other relevant platforms
Turn YouTube videos, livestreams, and long-form content into short-form clips and posts
Write captions that are clear, engaging, and aligned with the brand voice
Work directly with video editors to ensure content is delivered, formatted, and ready to publish
Maintain and execute a consistent content calendar — no missed posts, no gaps
Ensure all content is posted on time and optimized per platform
Track performance (views, engagement, follower growth) and adjust accordingly
Monitor comments and engagement, and flag anything important to the team
Identify patterns, trends, and opportunities to support growth

Early in your career (intern, recent grad, or 1–2 years experience) in social media, PR, communications, or marketing
Understand how content performs on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
A strong writer — clear, concise, and natural, not corporate
