Job Description

Responsibilities

Collaborate directly with the Creative Media Director to develop engaging content for the Rox social media platforms.
Assist in managing, growing, and maintaining the Rox digital and social media presence across multiple platforms.
Create, execute, and manage digital content that promotes the Rox brand, team, players, games, and events.
Capture and share the energy, excitement, and fan experience of the ballpark through engaging social media content.
Assist with promoting upcoming games, events, promotions, and community initiatives through digital and social media channels.
Collaborate with fellow Rox creative interns to brainstorm, produce, and publish creative social media content.
Monitor current social media trends and identify opportunities to incorporate relevant trends and strategies into Rox content.
Assist with additional creative, digital media, and game-day responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

Ability to work under a deadline in a fast-paced environment
Self-motivated
Detailed oriented and very organized
Proficient in Facebook, X, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn and TikTok
Computer knowledge
Availability to work Rox home games, which includes some nights and weekends
Effective written and verbal communication

Preferred

Graphic design, along with video editing skills are desired
