Responsibilities

• Assist in creating, scheduling and promoting content using platforms like Hootsuite and Canva.
• Collaborate on content ideasthat are engaging, on-brand, and timely.
• Stay organized to allow for content review from clients and your supervisor and posting deadlines.
• Attend monthly networking events to grow professionally and make industry connections to expand our client base (Commission is available for business development acquisition.)
• Craft Live Social posts from customer-facing events in the Baltimore metro region.
• Develop original video content, as needed, for clients.
• Learn about client branding and how to maintain a consistent brand voice across Facebook, Instagram, Threads, LinkedIn, Youtube, TikTok, and Google Suite.
• Engage with client accounts, monitor analytics, and make basic reports in Canva and Google Suite.
• Receive and apply constructive feedback to grow your skill set.

Requirements

• A student actively enrolled in university with a Marketing, Communications major.
• A creative thinker with strong attention to detail and organization.
• Comfortable juggling multiple tasks, multiple client brands, and managing tight deadlines.
• Must be a Senior with at least 1 year of experience.
• Familiarity with Google Suite and Canva
• Open to feedback and eager to learn and grow professionally.

Preferred

• Interest in photography, videography, graphic design, and branding – a plus, but not required.
• Education: High school or equivalent (Preferred)
• Language: Spanish? (Preferred)
