Job Description
Responsibilities
- Support scheduling and publishing through our social management platform, verifying captions, tags, hashtags, and timing with precision
- Support community management and engagement, beginning on Vallure's channels and expanding into client accounts as your voice calibration locks in
- Monitor platform activity and social inboxes, flagging anything urgent or sensitive to the team
- Own social listening: tracking cultural moments, trending audio, platform shifts, and competitor activity, and bringing what you find to the team
- Support content review, catching detail-level errors before work moves forward
- Support content shoot logistics, including shot list preparation and location research
- Pull clean monthly data to support performance reporting
- Work inside our systems: Asana, Slack, Google Drive, and our AI tools, learning to operate the way our whole team does
Requirements
- Recent college graduate with a degree in social media, marketing, or similar
- Detail-obsessed, the kind of eye that catches a wrong tag before it publishes
- Platform-native fluency across Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn, with genuine instinct for what's moving culturally
- Developing taste, drawn to elevated, considered, design-led brands rather than loud ones
- Strong written English and a professional, warm communication style
- Responsive and proactive: checks Slack, flags early, never sits on a question
- Curiosity about AI tools and how modern agencies actually use them
