Responsibilities

• Create posts, captions, and visuals for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and YouTube.
• Assist in writing captions that reflect NuMark's voice, mission, and compliance standards.
• Support planning, scheduling, and publishing content using Hootsuite.
• Notify the Marketing Manager when member inquiries require follow-up.
• Identify opportunities for positive engagement and member storytelling.
• Support marketing campaigns promoting loans, checking accounts, and financial education.
• Contribute to developing strategies that grow audience engagement.
• Assist in coordinating social media assets for events and community initiatives.
• Track performance metrics including reach, engagement, clicks, and follower growth.
• Prepare monthly social media performance reports.

Requirements

• Pursuing a college degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field.
• Understanding of trends and platform-specific best practices for Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Experience with graphic design tools such as Canva, Photoshop, After Effects, Illustrator, or InDesign.
• Basic photography and videography skills.
• Photo and video editing experience.
• Strong written communication skills.

Preferred

• Experience with analytics tools such as Meta Insights or Google Analytics.

• The budgeted compensation for this position is $20.00 per hour (non-exempt).
