Job Summary

Own end-to-end social media execution for music content, coordinating daily publishing, audience engagement, and creator collaborations across TikTok, Instagram, Threads, and YouTube.

Responsibilities

Create, schedule, and publish content across TikTok, Instagram, Threads and YouTube
Monitor and engage with audience comments, messages, and interactions
Manage and promote weekly posts
Assist in planning and organizing video shoots across various locations
Support video editing and post-production for music-related content
Maintain consistent brand voice, visuals, and aesthetic across all platforms
Research and identify potential collaborators, including influencers, artists, and industry professionals
Support outreach efforts and help manage collaboration opportunities

Requirements

Prior experience in social media management, preferably within music, entertainment, or influencer spaces
Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, Threads and YouTube trends and algorithms
Proficiency in video editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or Canva
Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
Strong communication skills and ability to engage with a growing audience
