Job Summary

Support the Dolphin brand's social presence as a Summer Social Media Intern, helping schedule content, engage audiences, and spot trends.

Help schedule and publish posts across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube using Sprinklr.
Pursuing or recently completed degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
Interest in identifying early social trends to inform future content.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Help schedule and publish social content across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube using Sprinklr
Support the day-to-day social content calendar - keeping posts flowing smoothly and on time
Monitor comments, messages, and reviews, helping the team stay responsive and engaged
Assist with community engagement by drafting replies and flagging questions or trends
Help organize and tag user-generated content (UGC) and influencer content
Support basic performance tracking and reporting
Keep an eye on social trends, formats, and moments that could inspire future content
Help ensure everything we post feels unmistakably Dolphin -clear, friendly, confident, and effortless

Requirements

Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field
Experience managing social media accounts
Ability to spot trends early
Comfortable navigating platforms like Instagram and TikTok (posting, engaging, observing)
Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
Strong written communication skills

Preferred

Love social media and enjoy spotting trends early
Eager to learn, even if you haven’t used tools like Sprinklr before
