Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and executing social media content strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and TikTok.
• Create engaging multimedia content including graphics, videos, photography, and written posts.
• Shoot content for editing in our fast-paced healthcare environment
• Monitor social media channels through social listening tools and analyze engagement metrics using social media analytics and Google Analytics to optimize campaigns.
• Support social media management by scheduling posts, ensuring consistent brand messaging.
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to inform content creation and improve SEO performance.
• Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries to foster community relationship
• Support media editing tasks including proofing content for accuracy and proofreading posts before publication.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
• Demonstrated interest or experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing preferred.
• Familiarity with social media platforms’ features and best practices for engagement.
• Basic knowledge of graphic design tools and/or other media editing tools.
• Understanding of SEO principles, web analytics (Google Analytics), and marketing online analytics is advantageous.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail and proofreading accuracy.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
