Responsibilities

• Become an integral part of the team, partnering with our Social Media Manager to translate marketing strategies into creative ideas and deliver compelling design concepts for our client’s social media channels
• Create captivating social media graphics and GIFs to engage our clients online communities
• Collaborate with our Social Media Manager to plan, brainstorm, organize, and execute assigned projects with an established brand identity
• Create varied designs for Scott Social including presentations, print materials, web pages, business cards, and other assets
• Apply consistent layout to all digital marketing assets including social media graphics in different formats, email marketing templates, and website graphics
• Oversee and maintain ownership of work from concept to production, keeping project goals at the forefront of design work
• Understanding of historical, current, and future trends in the digital content and social media spaces

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in graphic design and marketing (portfolio required)
• Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, graphic design or equivalent work experience required
• Must be proficient in Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
• Experience with Squarespace is a plus
• Ability to uphold brand guidelines
• Ability to troubleshoot creative challenges and deliver on schedule
• Understand design restrictions and requirements for all social media platforms
• Extreme attention to detail
