Social Media Editor, The Brandman Agency + Travel Curator

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute platform-specific strategies across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Facebook, LinkedIn, and emerging channels.
• Translate travel, luxury, and lifestyle trends into engaging, scroll-stopping content.
• Package editorial stories for social in collaboration with editors and writers, ensuring content feels native, elevated, and on-brand.
• Create, edit, and publish social-first content, including captions, short-form video concepts, carousels, and stories.
• Assist in leading creative ideation for client campaigns and branded content initiatives.
• Produce shot lists, mood boards, and high-quality photography/video for social and campaigns.
• Assist with client onboarding, audits, and annual planning for social initiatives.
• Lead content calendar creation and manage scheduling, deadlines, and real-time publishing.
• Supervise and mentor Digital Interns or Account Coordinators, providing guidance and feedback.
• Assist in influencer collaborations, including sourcing, planning, and reporting.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in social media, digital content, or PR for luxury, travel, or lifestyle brands.
• Exceptional communicator, able to collaborate internally and engage with clients confidently.
• Skilled at managing multiple projects in fast-paced, high-output environments.

Preferred

• Experience with on-camera content creation or short-form video direction.
• Familiarity with affiliate, performance-driven content, or influencer marketing.
• Interest in building and evolving brand presence on emerging social platforms.
