Role Description

This is a part-time remote position as a Social Media Director, with the potential to transition to a full-time role. The Social Media Director will manage social media accounts to align with clients' branding and strategic goals, create and execute innovative social media strategies, oversee content creation and scheduling, and analyze performance metrics to optimize campaigns. Responsibilities also include monitoring trends, engaging with audiences, and building relationships while collaborating with client teams.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
• Strong Communication and Public Relations skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and audiences
• Proven ability in Content Strategy to create engaging and effective messaging
• Ability to analyze social media metrics and develop data-driven strategies for growth
• Strong organizational skills for managing multiple projects and deadlines in a remote setting
• Attention to detail and creativity in content creation
• Familiarity with tools for social media management and analytics
• Experience in the wellness, lifestyle, hospitality, or retail sectors is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred
