Social Media and Digital Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies across various platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok to increase brand visibility and engagement.
• Create high-quality, visually appealing content including graphics, videos, photography, and written posts using Adobe Creative Suite tools like Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Manage social media scheduling and publishing using tools like Hootsuite and Buffer to ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Monitor social listening channels to track brand mentions, industry trends, and audience feedback; utilize insights for continuous campaign optimization.
• Conduct keyword research and SEO practices to enhance content discoverability and improve search engine rankings.
• Analyze media performance metrics through Google Analytics, web analytics, and social media analytics platforms; prepare detailed reports on marketing performance.
• Coordinate with public relations teams to craft press releases, manage media outreach, and uphold positive brand reputation through effective relationship management.
• Oversee paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising and other social media platforms to maximize reach and ROI.
• Engage actively with followers by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries to foster community loyalty.
• Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, social media innovations, and platform algorithms to keep strategies fresh and effective.

Requirements

• Proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, or related fields with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
• Proficiency in graphic design and media editing tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro (video editing), and other media editing software.
• Strong understanding of SEO best practices, keyword research techniques, and web analytics tools like Google Analytics.
• Experience with social listening tools (e.g., Brandwatch) and social media management applications such as Hootsuite or Buffer.
• Knowledge of Facebook Advertising platform along with experience managing paid campaigns for diverse audiences.
• Excellent content writing skills with an eye for proofreading and brand consistency across all channels.
• Ability to analyze marketing data effectively using marketing analytics tools to inform strategy adjustments.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships internally within teams as well as externally with partners or influencers.
