Job Summary

Drive the Farnsworth Museum's social and digital marketing efforts across multiple channels, with design support and project coordination as the core mission.

  • Must-have: Experience with WordPress, InDesign, and social platforms; track metrics to inform improvements.
  • Collaborate on campaigns, maintain brand consistency, and organize marketing tasks in Asana.

Responsibilities

  • Own creation and management of social content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok to grow engagement.
  • Must-have: Experience with WordPress, InDesign, and social platforms; track metrics to inform improvements.
  • Collaborate on campaigns, maintain brand consistency, and organize marketing tasks in Asana.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, graphic design, or equivalent professional experience
  • Experience creating engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
  • Effective written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Experience with WordPress, Constant Contact, and InDesign
  • Ability to accomplish tasks with a high degree of accuracy
  • Strong sense of organization, planning, and time management
  • Ability to work independently and as a team member

Preferred

  • Prior experience with project management tools like Asana is a plus
  • Graphic design experience, with video and editing a plus
