Responsibilities

• This position is responsible for assisting in the district’s overall communications and marketing plan. It focuses on digital communication platforms including social media, digital articles, eNewsletters and website content.
• Under the direction of the department of Community Engagement and Public Relations, this position provides support to the district in the identified essential duties of the position.
• Supports social media planning content, graphics and posting.
• Provides content for multiple digital platforms.
• Design and curate graphics for digital content.

Requirements

• Current student of junior or senior status in a communications, public relations, marketing or a related degree program
• Experience and expertise with social media

Preferred

• Adobe Creative Suite experience a plus
