Social Media Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Assist with the development and execution of monthly social media plans for multiple client accounts.
• Create, organize, and maintain social media content calendars while ensuring consistency with each client’s brand voice, goals, and visual identity.
• Develop engaging social media content, including short-form videos, graphics, captions, stories, and platform-specific posts.
• Identify trending sounds, formats, topics, and content opportunities across Instagram, TikTok, and other social platforms.
• Write clear, compelling, and on-brand social media copy tailored to each client’s target audience.
• Collaborate with designers and internal creative teams to develop visually appealing graphics and other social media assets.
• Schedule and publish content using social media management and scheduling platforms.
• Assist with community management by monitoring accounts, engaging with followers, and responding to comments and messages according to established brand guidelines.
• Coordinate with internal teams and clients to gather information, approvals, assets, and updates needed for content creation.
• Support on-location photo and video shoots as needed, including capturing behind-the-scenes and social-first content.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in social media, content creation, digital marketing, or a related role.
• Experience creating content for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Pinterest.
• Strong understanding of current social media trends, platform features, and content best practices.
• Experience creating and maintaining social media content calendars.
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with the ability to adapt to different brand voices.
• Comfortable capturing and editing short-form photo and video content.
• Familiarity with Meta Business Suite and social media scheduling or management platforms.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple deadlines and client accounts.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred

• Experience using Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar content creation tools is preferred.
