Job Summary

Own the guest experience and social media content lifecycle, coordinating with marketing and department leads to manage reviews, testimonials, and cross-channel messaging.

  • Respond to all reviews and inquiries promptly (15 minutes to 1 hour)
  • Create daily engaging content and manage multiple social platforms
  • Work with department leaders to ensure accurate representation of all property areas

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Provides excellent guest service to both internal and external guests.
  • Actively supports the company culture of creating a fun and entertaining experience for internal and external guests.
  • Attentively respond to all good and bad reviews, comments, visitor posts, and messages in a timely manner (within 15 minutes to within the hour).
  • Drive customer feedback and content by reaching out to customers for reviews, testimonials, and their experience in the resort.
  • Update, maintain, and respond to all reviews on third party websites for all outlets of the resort (Goggle Business, Yelp.com, Tripadvisor.com, etc.)
  • Review analytics weekly and make changes in content posting times and material as needed.
  • Work with directors of various departments to ensure each area of the property is being represented correctly.
  • Create daily engaging content, managing, and maintaining all social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Drive client engagement using customer experiences, testimonials, and exciting moments on the property.
  • Work with upper marketing management to assure that all media is in sync (i.e. Website, social, print, programing, etc.)

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED required.
  • Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills.

Preferred

  • Associate degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of integrated Marketing program development preferred.
