Own the social content cadence for a premium health brand, balancing publishing, design, and community engagement across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.

Content Production & Publishing: Publish videos/reels, crop/overlay, captions, distribute educational content, and maintain the weekly calendar.
Community & Engagement: Respond to public comments with warmth, including medically complex prospects, and follow group rules in local communities.
Design & Scheduling: Create graphics for events/promos and schedule delivery across platforms within approval cycles.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Publish finished videos and reels to Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn; write captions and on-platform copy
Crop, resize, and overlay text on photos for each platform; write captions
Design graphics from scratch for events, promotions, and announcements with professional graphic design platforms (Photoshop, Affinity, or similar)
Distribute educational content to our community platform
Post in approved local Facebook groups, following each group’s rules
Reply to public comments across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn — including from medically complex prospects
Maintain the weekly posting calendar

Requirements

Native or near-native WRITTEN English — every caption and comment is public-facing for a premium brand
Strong graphic design taste, portfolio required
Hands-on scheduling experience across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
Reliable, deadline-driven, calm under approval cycles
Demonstrated overlap with US Eastern hours
Maturity to engage publicly with medically complex prospects warmly and without ever giving medical advice
Social media management: 1 year (Required)
Language: English (Required)
Work Location: Remote
