Own the end-to-end social content process for a beauty/med spa brand, from concept to published posts and performance analysis, across Reels, stories, TikTok, and Facebook, while managing a content calendar, capturing location content, and driving leads, bookings, and inquiries.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Create professional Reels, Stories, TikToks & Facebook content
  • Film and edit high-quality videos
  • Create promotional posts and graphics
  • Write engaging captions and calls to action
  • Follow current social media and beauty/aesthetic trends
  • Create and manage a consistent content calendar
  • Promote our services, specials, events & academy programs
  • Help generate real leads, bookings & student inquiries
  • Visit our locations to capture fresh content
  • Track content performance and bring new ideas for growth

Requirements

  • Proven social media management experience is REQUIRED
  • Strong portfolio/work samples required
  • Must know Instagram, TikTok & Facebook
  • Experience with Canva and CapCut
  • Strong video editing skills
  • Must be organized and able to meet deadlines
  • Must be able to create ideas without constant direction

Preferred

  • Beauty, skincare, med spa or aesthetics experience is strongly preferred
