Job Summary

Own cross functional church ops with heavy emphasis on content creation, social media, and calendar/volunteer management; you’ll coordinate across ministries, write for multiple channels, and own ProPresenter and Planning Center workflows.

Church operations and content cadence: manage calendar, newsletters, and event materials.
Social presence and website: create engaging posts, moderate community, and update the site.
Systems and coordination: serve admin needs for pastor, coordinate across teams, and maintain databases.

Requirements

Utilize Microsoft (Word, Excel), Google Suite, Canva, MailChimp, Adobe Express
Update and maintain our Church management software (Planning Center) and presentation software (ProPresenter)
Manage Digital content on Social Media and the Church Website
Strong copywriting and visual design skills with high attention to detail.
Ability to coordinate across teams and balance multiple projects
Administrative support for the pastor, and indirectly for other church ministries.
Attend staff meetings and take notes, answer the telephone, and assist membership with any concerns or needs.
Produce documents for weekly services and special events (weekly and monthly newsletters, pamphlets, brochures, special event mailings).
Maintain and update the church calendar and database of people, events, and registrations
Program weekly Sunday Service order of events in PC Services and ProPresenter
