Role Description

As a Social Media Coordinator at July Digital Studio you will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategies, content creation, and community engagement. You will play an important role in enhancing our client’s online presence and driving brand awareness. We are looking for a self-starter who will thrive at a start-up and has the desire and grit to grow.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• A minimum of 1 year of proven full-time experience in a social media role
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their best practices 
• Highly detail-oriented
• Creative and able to develop unique social media content ideas.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
• Must have some experience in managing business social media accounts
• Must have experience with social media community management and engagement
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly creative with a keen eye for visual content
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment and handle tight deadlines

Responsibilities:

• Work with our team to execute social media strategies across multiple platforms.
• Lead client calls and mini social strategy presentations to clients
• Ideate and create engaging content, including TikToks, IG Reels, and other platform-native formats.
• Stay ahead of social media trends and produce timely, relevant content that drives engagement.
• Own filming and editing social videos for owned client accounts. 
• Create social calendars for clients with concepts.
• Schedule and manage content for client accounts while ensuring brand consistency.
• Write compelling social media copy tailored to each brand’s voice.
• Track and analyze key social media metrics, providing insights and recommendations to optimize performance.
• Prepare monthly and annual analytics reports.
• Manage and engage with social media communities by responding to comments, messages, and mentions if needed. 
• Coordinate content approvals and revisions with clients.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and best practices to keep strategies innovative.
