Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Comprehensive Asset Capture: Capture high-quality photo and video content across both hotels and outlets, including marquee events, programming, brand activations, and the daily guest experience.
  • Agile Content Development: Collaborate with the social media team to capture weekly "lo-fi" content within outlets to maintain a fresh, authentic, and high-frequency digital presence.
  • Technical Post-Production: Edit raw content into platform-ready formats (specifically Instagram and Facebook Reels and Stories), ensuring all deliverables are polished and adhere to brand-specific guidelines.
  • Performance Optimization: Deliver on-brand assets technically optimized for digital performance, engagement metrics, and platform algorithms.
  • Live Event Management: Attend property events and programming to execute real-time posting of User-Generated Content (UGC) and manage immediate audience engagement.
  • Strategic Growth: Facilitate real-time retagging and community management to accelerate follower growth; coordinate directly with on-site artists and creators to manage collaborative reposting and cross-promotional efforts.
  • Influencer Program Management: Serve as the primary manager for the influencer program, overseeing the vetting, scheduling, and on-site hosting of influencer visits to ensure maximum ROI and brand alignment.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner closely with the Director of Marketing (DOM) and external PR Agencies to ensure all content strategies align with each property's distinctive trends and public relations objectives.
  • Brand Compliance: Monitor content output to ensure it reflects the unique identity of individual outlets while maintaining the standards of the overarching hotel portfolio.
