Job Summary

Own social content creation and real-time event coverage while shaping brand voice across Chicago venues; drive content performance through trend adoption, engagement funnels, and rapid iteration.

  • Content creation and editing: produce on-brand visuals and copy, plus short-form video.
  • Campaign support and channel ownership: assist Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and paid social initiatives.
  • Analytics and trend insights: track performance and translate data into content decisions.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Creating content that looks great and performs even better
  • Capturing photo and video content at events and activations
  • Assisting with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and paid social campaigns
  • Staying ahead of trends and adapting them to fit our brand voice
  • Helping manage engagement, messaging, and social media funnels
  • Tracking analytics and identifying what content is performing
  • Using AI tools and editing software to streamline content creation
  • Supporting marketing initiatives across multiple brands and events

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
  • Experience creating short-form video content
  • Photography and copywriting skills
  • Hospitality, nightlife, restaurant, or event experience
  • Familiarity with social media scheduling and analytics tools
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and at live events
  • 100% in-person position based out of River North, Chicago
  • Part-time and full-time opportunities available based on event calendar

Preferred

  • Canva experience
  • Email marketing experience
  • Adobe Creative Suite familiarity
  • Event planning or coordination experience
  • PR or press release writing experience
  • Office management or administrative experience
