Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Running our social media like a pro – capturing, creating, posting, and engaging daily
  • Traveling between all 9 bakeries to shoot fresh, fun, on-brand content
  • Attending events, markets, and pop-ups as our content + sales superstar
  • Filming EVERYTHING – reels, TikToks, stories, customer moments, team culture, and cake glam shots
  • Reppin’ the brand at events with BIG energy while also capturing content that converts
  • Setting up + breaking down event setups (tables, signage, tents, cake magic)
  • Bringing a sales-driven mindset – you’re not just posting content, you’re helping drive traffic and sales
  • Keeping content organized, on-brand, and consistent across all locations
  • Staying on top of trends and turning them into Bundt-worthy moments
