Job Summary

Own the social storytelling and content engine across B2B/B2C channels, balancing product launches, campaigns, and branding while showcasing the Louisiana-made drone story.

Own and schedule weekly posts across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Shopify, with authentic, on-brand content.
Collaborate on campaigns, product launches, and events (trade shows) to drive engagement and brand equity.
Capture and edit photo/video assets, mentor quick-turn creative through Canva/AI tools to support multiple product lines.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Create 4–6 weekly social media posts promoting DMR drones and technology
Develop content for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Shopify
B2B & B2C campaigns
Capture and edit Photos, Videos, Reels, Short-form content
Write marketing copy and social captions
Schedule content and monitor engagement
Help showcase DMR’s “Built on the Bayou” Louisiana drone manufacturing story
Support multiple product lines and industries simultaneously
Wear multiple hats in a fast-moving startup environment
Assist with branding initiatives

Requirements

Comfortable working independently
Strong social media instincts and content awareness
Interest or experience in: Social media marketing; Photography; Videography; Reel editing; Canva; SEO; Branding; Content creation; AI-assisted marketing tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Canva AI, etc.)
Ability to create content that feels authentic and genuine — not overly “corporate” or robotic
Comfortable learning new technologies and platforms quickly

Entry-Level Marketing Professionals
Experienced Coordinators (up to ~8 years experience)

Preferred
