About the Role

Creative Quo is a marketing agency serving a diverse range of business and nonprofit clients across Northeast Ohio and beyond. We are looking for a Social Media Coordinator who is creative, organized, and ready to manage social media for multiple clients at once.

This is a social media-focused role. You will own content strategy, creation, and execution across client accounts, working closely with our team to deliver consistent, on-brand results. You should also be willing to support other team members on digital tasks as needs arise.

Responsibilities

• Manage social media accounts for multiple clients simultaneously across relevant platforms.
• Develop social strategies, SMART goals, and content plans tailored to each client.
• Create and schedule content, including captions, scripts, and campaign messaging.
• Research and interpret trends, platform updates, and best practices to keep strategies current.
• Capture photography and video for content during onsite visits.
• Compile monthly client performance reports and communicate insights clearly.
• Communicate directly with clients and collaborate with internal team members.
• Build and manage social media ads.
• Support other team members on digital tasks as needed.

Requirements

• 1+ year of social media management and ad​ ​experience for clients or businesses other than your own accounts.
• Portfolio of managed accounts and content examples required.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts with consistency and quality.
• Strong copywriting skills across platforms and brand voices.
• Familiarity with analytics and reporting tools.
• Reliable transportation for onsite content shoots.
• Full-time availability, in-office in the Holmes County area.

Compensation

• Starting at $18/hour, based on experience.
