Responsibilities

• Essential Duties: - Support the execution of social media strategy by managing publishing operations, including scheduling, posting and quality assurance across platforms. - Maintain and update social media content calendars to ensure accurate, timely, and consistent publishing. - Contribute to and produce content going out the door — as someone who knows what works on social and isn't afraid to flag what doesn't. - Track published content and support performance reporting, documentation, and recaps. - Maintain organized records of assets, approvals, schedules and workflows. - Communicate proactively with stakeholders to flag risks, delays or execution issues. - Assume or coordinate other duties or projects as assigned or directed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and three (3) years of experience appropriate to the area of assignment/field; OR, Any equivalent combination of experience and/or training from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities have been achieved.

Preferred

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• Demonstrated strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities.
• Experience supporting social media publishing or digital content execution in a professional or organizational setting.
• Demonstrated strong attention to detail and ability to identify errors or inconsistencies in copy, links, assets, or schedules.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
