Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Schedule approved content across Kiva's social platforms using Sprout Social
  • Maintain a consistent post cadence of 2-3 posts per week for Instagram, 1-2 posts per week for Facebook
  • Ensure correct copy, tagging, formatting, links, and accessibility best practices (e.g., alt text)
  • Coordinate with the Creative team Project Manager to source evergreen assets, and the Communications Manager to source Kiva blogs, thought leadership narratives, and impact report assets, and use all content types to build and execute content schedule across platforms
  • Maintain accuracy in publishing calendar and flag gaps or inconsistencies
  • Monitor Sprout Smart Inbox daily for comments, messages, and mentions
  • Respond to routine inquiries and comments in alignment with brand voice and guidelines
  • Engage with relevant page interactions to support visibility and audience growth
  • Compile quarterly social performance reports across platforms
  • Track core metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth, CTR, top-performing posts)
  • Share insights with the Communications team to inform ongoing content planning

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience managing social media publishing and community engagement
  • Demonstrated experience contracting social media management for established brands (nonprofit or corporate)
  • Experience with Sprout Social or similar social management platforms
  • Strong attention to detail and operational consistency
  • Clear, professional written communication skills
  • Ability to triage and escalate issues appropriately
  • Comfortable working independently within a defined scope
  • Authorization to work in the United States on a permanent, full-time basis
