Job Summary

Coordinate social content creation and scheduling across channels, blending briefs, production, and UGC with influencer activations to keep brand communications aligned and timely.

  • Social Operations: Manage calendars, briefs, scheduling, and cross-team alignment for on-brand content.
  • Content Production & Partnerships: Collaborate with photographers, video, production, and merchants to craft engaging social assets.
  • Influencer & UGC Activation: Track creator partnerships, approvals, and scheduling to amplify owned content.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Help create and maintain the social media content calendar and track creative briefs for content and campaign assets.
  • Work with Social Media Photographer, creative services, video production and merchants to help create exciting content for all social media channels.
  • Schedule daily content on all social media channels.
  • Responsible for portions of the social media weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting and tracking.
  • Partner with copywriting and social media team to ensure all external communications and copy are on brand.
  • Help coordinate and execute sweepstakes prizing and fulfillment.
  • Help manage user-generated content; gain user approvals, approving and scheduling UGC.
  • Stay up to date with influencers and content creators and partner with Influencer Specialist to activate content creators for owned content

Requirements

  • 1-2 years prior marketing experience or equivalent
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows-based computer applications
  • Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Canva
  • Experience with Social Insights
  • BA in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or equivalent
  • Ability to work nights, weekends and travel to events
  • Passion and open mind regarding music, pop culture and fashion trends
