You will own the end-to-end vertical social content pipeline, from capturing events and lifestyle moments to editing short-form videos, delivering polished content to Brand Ops while staying aligned with shot lists and content priorities.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Capture vertical photo and video content across Oldham Hospitality brands and locations
Attend select events, activations, launches and other content-worthy moments
Edit short-form video for Reels, Stories and other social platforms
Turn raw footage into polished, engaging content using CapCut or comparable editing software
Capture behind-the-scenes, lifestyle, food and beverage, hospitality, event and people-focused content
Work from Brand Ops direction, shot lists and content priorities while also recognizing good content opportunities in the moment
Organize and deliver captured content to the Brand Operations team in a timely manner
Help maintain a consistent visual standard across our brands

Requirements

Strong short-form video capture and editing skills
Proficiency in CapCut or comparable editing software
Understanding of Instagram Reels, Stories, TikTok and vertical-first content
Evening and weekend availability
Reliable transportation and ability to travel between Oldham Hospitality locations
Ability to provide examples of previous photo/video or social content work

Preferred

Hospitality, food and beverage, tourism, event or lifestyle content experience
Canva experience
Photography experience
Familiarity with Apple/iPhone-based creative workflows
Experience capturing live events or fast-moving environments
