Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow our presence on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube
  • Capture real onsite content (warehouse, pickups, recycling process)
  • Create short-form videos
  • Create project highlights
  • Create before/after transformations
  • Create trust-driven content (data security, certifications)
  • Write high-quality posts targeting: school districts, IT managers, procurement teams
  • Build and execute a consistent content calendar
  • Run and optimize paid campaigns (especially LinkedIn)
  • Track performance and improve conversion (not just likes)

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B social media or content marketing
  • Strong copywriting and storytelling skills
  • Ability to create engaging photo/video content
  • Comfortable working on-site and capturing real operations
  • Results-driven mindset (you care about leads, not vanity metrics)

Nice To Have

  • Experience in recycling, logistics, or IT services
  • LinkedIn lead generation experience
  • Google Business Profile / SEO knowledge
  • Video editing skills
