Job Description

Responsibilities

Design static and short-form video assets that feel polished and on-brand — Canva templates are your starting point, not your ceiling
Keep visual consistency tight across multiple platforms and brand identities
Light video editing for Reels, TikToks, and YouTube Shorts — cuts, captions, pacing
Scheduling and publishing via Later; monitoring comments and DMs
Tracking basic performance and flagging what the team needs to weigh in on

Requirements

You’ve supported social for a brand or agency and have the receipts to prove it
You're fluent in Canva and can work within brand guidelines without drifting
Available Mon–Fri, roughly 9am–5pm EST
You know what makes a Reel stop the scroll — and can execute it

Preferred

Experience with light video editing for Reels, TikToks, and YouTube Shorts
Familiarity with Canva templates and brand guidelines
Experience with social media content design for multiple platforms
