Responsibilities

• Create and schedule content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Film and edit short-form videos, including Reels, Shorts, and TikToks.
• Write engaging captions and calls to action.
• Take photos and videos on job sites and around the office.
• Maintain a consistent posting schedule throughout the week.
• Respond to comments and direct messages.
• Track engagement and leads generated through social media.
• Help create email campaigns, flyers, postcards, and other marketing materials.
• Coordinate with the owner and team to capture company culture and project updates.
• Brainstorm new marketing ideas and campaigns.

Requirements

• Strong communication and writing skills.
• Experience with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express, or similar editing software.
• Comfortable filming and editing videos.
• Organized, dependable, and able to manage time effectively.
• Creative with an eye for detail.
• Self-starter who does not need constant supervision.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Alignment with our company values and culture.

Preferred

• Experience managing business social media accounts.
• Photography or videography experience.
• Basic graphic design skills.
• Basic knowledge of Facebook and Google advertising is a plus.
