- Distribution & Performance: Manage posting schedules and analyze performance to optimize reach.
- Storytelling & Brand: Distill complex news into compelling content while upholding mission and voice; work independently under tight deadlines.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Transform daily show segments, interviews, and behind-the-scenes footage into engaging short-form videos for Instagram, X, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
- Develop graphics, headlines, and thumbnails
- Manage posting schedules
- Analyze performance to optimize content
- Distill complex news into compelling digital content (storyteller)
- Uphold the show's mission and brand voice
- Work independently under tight deadlines
Requirements
- Proven experience in social media content creation
- Strong video editing skills
- Understanding of trends and analytics
- Portfolio or samples are required
Preferred
- Familiarity with faith-based and conservative audiences
