Responsibilities

• Visit a RenegadesMedia client once per month at their workplace
• Capture photo and video content based on a clear creative brief we provide
• Build quick rapport with the client and make them feel comfortable on camera
• Ask thoughtful questions to help capture authentic, usable moments
• Deliver raw photo and video files to our team promptly after each shoot
• Communicate clearly before and after shoots to confirm expectations and handoff

Requirements

• Comfort and confidence using a camera in professional environments
• Strong people skills: you’re friendly, respectful, and easy to work with
• Reliability: you show up on time, every time
• Clear communication and follow-through
• A genuine interest in content creation, photography, and video
• You must have access to your own camera
• You should ideally have a basic microphone or lapel mic for video capture
