Responsibilities

• Create and execute content across TikTok and Instagram (primarily short-form video)
• Develop engaging concepts, hooks, and content ideas that capture attention quickly
• Film, edit, and produce content (or direct UGC creators when needed)
• Identify trends and translate them into content that aligns with the brand
• Continuously test and iterate content based on performance
• Help build hype through teaser content, sneak peeks, and rollout strategies leading up to launches
• Collaborate with the team on launches, campaigns, and product drops
• Repurpose content across formats to maximize reach
• Stay aware of trends and incorporate them when relevant to the brand

Requirements

• 3+ years managing social media for a DTC brand (beauty or fragrance industry preferred)
• Strong experience with beauty, fragrance, or lifestyle brands
• Deep understanding of TikTok and Instagram algorithms and trends
• Proven ability to grow social media accounts organically
• Experience managing content calendars and planning campaigns
• Strong creative instincts and understanding of viral content formats
• Strong organizational and communication skills
