Job Summary
Own the end-to-end content workflow for social and video, from scripting to film and edit, through to scheduling on all channels, with in-person founder briefs in Jacksonville 2-3x/week.
- Content Production: Film and edit short/long form content, rewrite scripts, and manage the content pipeline.
- Distribution: Schedule and publish across all major social platforms, ensuring timely drops.
- Collaboration: Meet founders 2-3x weekly in Jacksonville to align on content direction and feedback.

Requirements
- Videography & Editing Short form/long form content
- Experience with Social Media Marketing in some way
- We can teach workflows, systems, and leveraging Ai to increase efficiencies around the workflow.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
- Up-to-date knowledge of social media trends, tools, and platforms
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting & visit us 2-3x/week for at least half a day
