Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Come into Spa Jolie approximately *once per week* to film multiple videos.
  • Consistently create Instagram Reels, TikToks, and engaging short-form content throughout the month.
  • Be comfortable and confident speaking and appearing on camera.
  • Help manage and grow our Instagram and TikTok accounts.
  • Create promotional videos, treatment demonstrations, behind-the-scenes content, and trending videos.
  • Edit videos, write captions, and help schedule regular posts.
  • Bring fresh content ideas every week.
  • Understand what makes videos go viral and how to increase engagement.
  • Work with our staff to create entertaining and educational content.

Requirements

  • Must have experience creating Instagram Reels and TikTok videos.
  • Must NOT be camera-shy.
  • Strong knowledge of Instagram and TikTok algorithms, trends, and content strategies.
  • Experience filming and editing high-quality videos.
  • Ability to consistently produce content, not just occasionally post.
  • Familiarity with CapCut, Canva, or other editing software.
  • Reliable, creative, organized, and self-motivated.

Preferred

  • Experience in beauty, skincare, or wellness is a plus.
