Produce professional reels featuring our completed projects using before, during, and after photos and videos. Develop creative and innovative content ideas that highlight our craftsmanship and design process. Film and edit project walkthroughs, job site updates, and behind-the-scenes content. Write compelling captions and select relevant hashtags. Maintain a consistent posting schedule and manage day-to-day social media activity. Stay current with social media trends and adapt content to maximize engagement. Requirements Prove experience creating high-quality reels and social media content. Applicants must provide a portfolio or links to previous work. Strong video editing skills using apps such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar. Excellent eye for composition, storytelling, and visual branding. Experience managing Instagram and other social media platforms for a business. Ability to work independently, generate fresh ideas, and meet deadlines. Photography and videography experience is a major plus. Experience in interior design, architecture, construction, or real estate content is preferred.
