Grassfed Culture is reshaping how people relate to food, place, and community and we are looking for someone to help us tell that story on screen.

We're looking for a visual storyteller, someone who understands that what makes us different is worth documenting carefully, and who has the patience and instinct to find the frame that earns a second look.

What you'll do:

• Shoot and edit photo and video content across all Grassfed Culture concepts — Krüs Kitchen, Los Félix, ZeyZey, Tacos María, Füm, Rabbit Ears and more
• Bring an editorial and documentary sensibility to everyday moments: the sourcing, the prep, the ingredients, the hands doing the work
• Edit Reels, Stories, and short-form video that feel warm and considered — not reactive, not trend-driven
• Execute the creative direction our team sets while developing your own eye for what makes a story land
• Build and maintain an organized content library across all concepts

What you'll bring:

• Your own camera and iPhone - be comfortable moving between both depending on what the moment calls for. You know when a DSLR or mirrorless gives you the shot vs when the iPhone is the right tool for speed and intimacy
• An eye for light, composition, and texture — in a kitchen, a dining room, a market, outdoors
• Fluency in short-form video editing: CapCut, Premiere, Final Cut, or similar
• A portfolio that shows range across photo and video
• The ability to keep pace with a working kitchen and a growing group — nights, weekends, fast turnarounds
• Miami-based, fully in-person
